Brighter Steps ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
