Kaleidoscope Learning Center Corp is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bushnell, FL. This role focuses on delivering evidence‑based ABA interventions in a supportive, mission‑driven environment.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, perform FBAs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure consistent program implementation and meaningful progress for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in FBAs, VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Ethical ABA practice and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide clinical decisions.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation.
• Monitor client progress with ongoing data collection and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide parent training to promote skill generalization across environments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
