Job summary

Touchstone ABA is seeking BCBA/LBA professionals for our Louisiana locations (Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans, Thibodaux) and Houston area. Telehealth opportunities available across our service area.

We emphasize CABAS®-based practice, ongoing staff training, and research involvement. Applicants must be willing to participate in CABAS modules and ongoing professional development threads.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and eligible to be licensed in Louisiana, Texas and other gulf coast states.
• Experience supervising Technicians/RBTs and providing mentorship.
• Familiarity with CABAS® (Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling) methodology.
• Willingness to participate in CABAS modules training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess client repertoires and develop treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to Technicians/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity.
• Coordinate care with other service providers and families.
• Contribute to research initiatives and data collection.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in a timely manner.
