Job summary

ABC Services in Charlotte, NC seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts for 1099-contract roles. You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, supervise BCBA-Candidates and technicians, and implement ABA plans in home and community settings.

Strong assessment and data-reporting skills are essential. The position offers flexible scheduling with after-school and weekend options; in-person work with potential for hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA license and Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential required.
• In-person position with potential for hybrid work; 1:1 client services in home.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and behavior assessments preferred.
• Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
• Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor BCBA-Candidates and Technicians.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families.
• Schedule and conduct parent trainings.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with teachers and school staff.
• Monitor progress and report data using RETHINK.
