Action Behavior Centers seeks Behavior Analyst in Training to join our premier ABA program. You will support early intervention for children with autism in a center-based setting and work toward BCBA certification.

Applicants should be BT/RBT with supervision hours and enrollment in a recognized master’s program, plus a commitment to data-driven treatment and collaboration with our BCBA team. Generous benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in an accredited masters program in behavior analysis or related field.
• BT or RBT with active supervision hours and readiness to pursue BCBA.
• Ability to work within a center-based early intervention setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Provide data collection and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA team and maintain ABC core values.
