Action Behavior Centers is seeking Behavior Analysts in Training for our Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level). This role offers a pathway to BCBA certification with a competitive salary and substantial supervision hours. You will support early intervention in a center-based setting and collect data to guide individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Currently BT or RBT with supervision-hours experience.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program.
• Willingness to pursue BCBA with support.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and the team to uphold ABC core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to study BDS modules.
