Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern) to support children with autism in a center-based setting. The role emphasizes supervision hours, hands-on intervention, and data-driven treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Be a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.
• Willingness to engage in center-based early intervention therapy.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborating with BCBA team and staff to uphold ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
