Action Behavior Centers, a premier ABA provider, is seeking Behavior Analysts in Training as part of the Behavior Analysis Practicum. The role offers pay $24-30/hour, guaranteed hours, and a quick resume review process.

You will work toward BCBA certification with no-cost supervision and a $5,000 pass bonus. The package includes robust benefits such as health, 401K with match, substantial paid time off, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
