Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Dallas, TX seeks a Behavior Analyst in Training as part of its Behavior Analysis Practicum program. You will work under supervision toward BCBA certification, with guaranteed 32-40 hours weekly and no-cost supervision hours.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited master's program and pursuing BCBA supervision hours.
• Experience with collecting data and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong commitment to supervised fieldwork hours and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Support BCBA supervision and complete required fieldwork hours.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Engage with children aged 18 months to 8 years and document progress.
