This position supports BTs or RBTs in accruing supervision hours towards BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Must have proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program applicable to the field.
• Must allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Must plan to take the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.

Responsibilities

• Accumulate required fieldwork hours for BCBA certification.
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
