Job summary

Northern Lights, a Finni Health company, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our in-person Dalton, GA team. You will assess and treat children with autism and developmental disabilities using evidence-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, providing one-on-one therapy and family support, supervising BTs/RBTs, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs) and be physically able.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and stay informed on current research.
