Job summary

Northern Lights, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our in-person Dalton, GA team. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavioral health services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will coach BTs/RBTs, develop individualized behavior plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and staying current with best practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Experience with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered care."
• Background check is required by funding sources.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work directly with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for well-rounded care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
