Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Hagerstown, MD to provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy for children and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, monitor progress, and ensure ethical, data-driven clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license required.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical clinical standards.
