Job summary

Evolve ABA Care is seeking a licensed BCBA to develop and supervise individualized treatment plans for in-home clients in the San Antonio area. The role emphasizes data-driven progress monitoring, collaboration with families, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, implement ABA-based interventions, train staff and caregivers, and maintain compliant medical documentation while staying current with best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in special education or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with medical documentation practices and record-keeping.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills related to client behavior.
• Knowledge of assessment techniques and behavioral health interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical behavior in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities
