Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Maryland is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing team. The role encompasses in-home and community-based ABA services, with supervision by our Executive Director and Clinical Director. The position offers hybrid work options and opportunities for professional development.

You will develop and supervise language, social, and communication instructional programs, train paraprofessionals, and collaborate within a supportive treatment-team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required (Maryland LBA mentioned).
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills; ability to work with others in a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
