You will develop instructional programs across language and social domains and train staff on implementations. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders both in home and in the community, supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
