Heartlinks ABA in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home and community ABA services under supervision by our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

The role emphasizes developing language, social, and communication programs, staff training, and collaboration within a treatment team. Hybrid options and strong professional development are available to support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Maryland.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and a positive team player.
