Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Maryland is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. We provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism, supervised by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.

This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling, PTO/Sick time, and opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, BCBA, and Maryland LBA, with strong collaboration and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Maryland.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community settings. Supervisor: Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
