Links ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in New Jersey. We offer hybrid in-home and in-clinic opportunities with flexible scheduling, sizable growth prospects, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community, supervised by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train staff on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and a team player.
