Job summary

Clearsteps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality, compassionate in-home ABA therapy for children in New Jersey. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to promote meaningful learning.

The role requires BCBA certification, NJ licensure, and the ability to guide RBTs and BTs while staying current with ABA best practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2–12 in their natural environment.
• Provide guidance and training to RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families for successful outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy.
