Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our Utah team in a hybrid role. You will assess clients, design and implement ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities include data-driven program changes, collaboration with families and treatment teams, and regular progress reporting. A competitive salary with benefits and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification
Must be licensed with Utah licensing board as an LBA
Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly
Design behavior intervention plans
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
Meet with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions
Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement treatment plans
Review reports and session notes regularly
Analyze ABA data and adjust programs as needed
Write progress reports for supervised clients
