Adapt For Life (AFL) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Orland Park, IL clinic. You will develop evidence-based ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Illinois licensure or eligibility required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, individualized ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate case management and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver parent training to support learner outcomes.
