Job summary

A leading therapy provider in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians. A valid BCBA certification and experience with children on the autism spectrum are required. This role offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate required.
• Experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Provide support during family conversations regarding treatment.
