Mentor South Bay seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts to observe, analyze, and document behavior challenges across individuals and teams. You will conduct functional assessments, develop and implement service plans, and create tailored treatment plans to improve outcomes in home, school, and community settings.

The role requires a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, LABA license, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• LABA License required.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Base Compensation begins at $80,000 minimum.

Responsabilités

• Observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual served.
• Use training and creativity to handle challenging problems in home, work, and community settings.
• Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
