BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a hybrid role delivering ABA services to children and families. The position includes in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities with flexible full- or part-time options.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for NC licensure or licensed in NC.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
