Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is hiring BCBAs for full-time and part-time hybrid/remote roles that support Maryland cases. We emphasize quality care, clinician support, and strong work-life balance, with flexible schedules and a positive, ethical environment.

Candidates must hold a Maryland LBA (or be willing to obtain) and be open to Maryland-based clients. Full-time offers 25 hours weekly, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Maryland LBA required (or willing to obtain before start).
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Create individualized ABA programs and goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person).
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Complete billing, notes, and reports on time.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership.
