Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is hiring BCBA professionals for full-time and part-time hybrid/remote roles supporting Maryland clients. The role requires Maryland LBA, active BCBA certification, and advanced degrees. Opportunities include supervision of RBTs, flexible caseloads, and strong growth within the company.

Hybrid remote/in-person work in Philadelphia, PA serving Maryland cases with competitive pay and benefits, including CEUs and 401(k) for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland LBA required (or willing to obtain before start)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Create individualized ABA programs and goals
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person)
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
• Provide monthly parent training
• Complete billing, notes, and reports on time
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
