Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families using evidence‑based ABA approaches. You will lead assessments, develop BIPs, supervise BTs/RBTs, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with travel as needed and a supportive environment focused on outcomes and family partnership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in NJ.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and skills assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs/RBTs and other team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor client progress toward goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate data collection for all target behaviors and treatment objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions and ensure effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists for holistic care.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to families.
