Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in North Carolina. This hybrid role includes in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities, with flexible full- or part-time opportunities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress, train caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation. North Carolina licensure required.

Qualifications

• Eligible for North Carolina BCBA licensure or currently holding licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
