Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team in Fayetteville, NC. We provide in-home and hybrid services focused on language, social, and communication development for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Proficient in Central Reach and related ABA tools.
• Established management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Work with a treatment team under supervision of the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
