Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to serve clients in the Windsor, NC area within a hybrid work setting. You will deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and community contexts, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans with families and professionals.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification, have at least two years of BCBA/BCaBA experience, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA/BCaBA experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to guide treatment.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech and occupational therapists for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and services.
