Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to serve clients in the Windsor, NC area within a hybrid work setting. You will deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and community contexts, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans with families and professionals.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification, have at least two years of BCBA/BCaBA experience, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals
• Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modifications
• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
