Qualifications

• Experience with management and leadership experience and ability to interact with families, staff, clients, and community partners for coordination of care.
• Assessments of skills & deficits across a variety of domains.
• Development of individual treatment and behavior intervention plans with continuous analysis to determine levels of progress and remaining deficits.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation of skills and needs for each client.
• Development and monitoring of Individual treatment plans.
• Regular staff training and supervision.
• Facilitate regular caregiver meetings to ensure open communication.
• Submission of required documents for audits.
