Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Onsite In-Home Services and Parent Counseling

Position Overview

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a BCBA to provide individualized in‑home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and ensuring accessible, high‑quality care within the home and community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized behavioral instruction in‑home
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child’s development
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
• Stay informed on ethical standards and the latest advancements in ABA practice

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in possession or in process of certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a home setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
• Experience implementing in‑home behavior intervention services (BIS)
• Experience with IEP development and CPSE/CSE processes in New York State
• Fluency in languages beyond English and Spanish
