Position Overview

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in‑home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community.

What You'll Do

• Provide services in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication with bilingual and Spanish-speaking families
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions in English and/or Spanish to empower caregivers
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
• Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices

Requirements

• Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
• Certified Board Behavior Analyst
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
• Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
• Familiarity with ABA-based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools
