Position Overview

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in‑home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high‑quality care within the home and community.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized behavioral instruction in‑home
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
• Stay informed on the ethical standards and latest advancements in ABA practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst / LBA required or in process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a home setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Experience (bonus points)

• Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
• Experience implementing in‑home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
• Experience with IEP development and CPSE/CSE processes in New York State
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
