As a Home Program BCBA, you’ll provide clinical oversight and treatment planning for clients receiving services in home, school, and community environments, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs.

You’ll focus on meaningful outcomes, helping clients build skills that support independence, participation, and success across everyday routines, while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, schools, and direct service staff.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver individualized clinical care:Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s environment and goals.
  • Support real-world skill development:Design programs that promote generalization across home, school, work, and community settings.
  • Provide clinical leadership:Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure treatment fidelity and ethical practice.
  • Partner with families and teams:Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary providers to align goals and strategies.
  • Drive data-based decisions:Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data to guide program adjustments and outcomes.
  • Maintain flexibility and balance:Provide high-impact clinical services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.

What You’ll Own & Elevate

  • Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill assessments, preference assessments) across home, school, and community settings.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide supervision aligned with BACB standards, including observation, feedback, and staff coaching.
  • Review data, session notes, and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support caregiver training and consultation.
  • Collaborate with internal clinical leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and continuity of care.
  • Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance at all times.
