Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Santa Barbara, CA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families. This full-time role requires at least 2 years of experience with autism or developmental disabilities, a master's degree, and BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide ABA services in home and community settings.
• Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
