Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-clinic role in Peachtree City. We offer competitive hourly rates, weekly pay, and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the border. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, train caregivers, and use data to guide programming in a Holistic ABA Model of Care. Flexible, remote work environment included.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and write progress reports.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
• Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed
