Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in West Chester, PA. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust individualized treatment plans for clients with diverse needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with Behavior Analyst Certification Board verification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult families on concerns related to treatment and staff.
• Work with Clinical Manager for administrative support and caseload help.
