Job summary

The Children’s Home Network—Tampa Bay’s oldest nonprofit organization—seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its innovative residential program providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in foster care diagnosed with autism or related disorders and those who have experienced complex trauma.

The BCBA will assess and implement behavior plans, conduct assessments (Vineland, BASC, VBMAPP, MOAS, FAST), and support caregivers and staff within a 3-tier positive

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Capable of passing Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Completes Preference Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Completes assessments such as the Vineland, BASC, VBMAPP, MOAS, and FAST.
• Develops and reviews behavior plans.
• Delivers behavioral services including direct behavior therapy and caregiver training.
• Supports campus 3-tier positive behavior supports including Tier 1, Tier 2, and billable Tier 3 services.
