Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant (Fee For Service) to support children across Clearfield, Jefferson, Elk, and Cameron Counties, PA. Travel between clients is required and supervision for BCBA licensure is provided.

Earn $30/hour for unlicensed clinicians, $35/hour for licensed professionals, or $40/hour for BCBA-certified staff. Flexible schedule with minimum 15 hours per week and monthly supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA-certified.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field required.
• At least 1 year full-time mental health direct services for children.
• Completed practicum with relevant degree if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs implementation of individualized behavior modification plans.
• Identify behavioral goals and intervention techniques; use non-aversive methods.
• Serve as consultant to the Mobile Therapist and treatment team.
• Provide assessment, program design and monitoring with limited direct therapy.
• Maintain direct contact with the child and family; participate in team meetings.
• Act as consultant in school meetings to support child in school.
