Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• ABA experience with diverse ages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress of plans with technicians.
• Provide guidance to families to help them understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
