ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Castle, DE. Qualificações

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct functional assessments and other behavioral analyses.
• Provide weekly supervision to others pursuing BCBA certification.
• Engage in additional BCBA duties as needed.
