Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware in New Castle, DE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and help manage client progress in a supportive clinical team.

This full-time role offers a lower billable-hour requirement, a relocation package up to $15K, student-loan forgiveness up to $24K, and extensive professional development through our ABA Academy.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required
• Active BCBA certification required
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
