Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH) in Redding, CA. The role involves conducting assessments, writing personalized Behavior Support Plans, and training the support team.

Salary ranges from $108,000 to $115,000 per year with a sign-on bonus. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality behavioral health services and support to participants and their families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with BCBA Certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Behavior Analyst.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in creating personalized Behavioral Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Merakey team to support all individual behavior support service needs.
• Conduct training related to the behavior support services for the participant, family members, and staff.
• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Development and maintenance of Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
• Work within multidisciplinary settings with physicians, nurses, direct staff, etc.
