Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant license or certification such as BCBA or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Experience in quality management is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and assess behavior effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans based on evidence to reduce challenging behavior.
• Provide oversight to Behavioral direct care staff.
• Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking skills

Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience

Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults
