Qualifications

• Background in applied behavior analysis.
• Experience working with children and developmental disabilities.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and complete competency assessments.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation per HIPAA.
• Participate in intake processes for new clients.

Skills

Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism

Strong skills in data collection and analysis

Knowledge of special education practices

Familiarity with patient care protocols

Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health

Ability to conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations

Excellent communication skills
