Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role emphasizes neuro-affirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, ethical care and collaboration with a strong RBT training program.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA licensure preferred or ability to obtain.
• Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate in co-treat sessions with SLP-BCBAs.
• Support trauma-informed, ethical care and neuro-affirming approaches.
