Job summary

Get Set ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to serve families around Baltimore County, MD. This position emphasizes flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and hybrid options to support work-life balance and professional growth.

You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight to RBTs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
